“I decided to invest in Dunkirk –me, a company director from Paris who knew absolutely nothing about the region until then– because I’m completely convinced by the potential of its port, its dynamism and ambitious container sector development projects that will eventually help it to compete with other Channel and the North Sea ports. Such development will necessarily involve an increase in Dunkirk’s storage and logistics capacities to become the well-known hub that shippers in Hauts-de-France need. This is exactly what my project proposes, and it has been warmly received by both the port and the territory’s entire economic community. Every effort has been made to help me set up in Dunkirk and I’ve no doubt about its future success.”
