BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque is excelling in basketball earning titles such as semi-finalist in the EuroChallenge and 1st in the regular season of the French ProA Championship.
Les Corsaires de Dunkerque are putting ice hockey on the map with the title of champions of France in Division 2 and a place in the final of the French cup in 2024. In handball, USDK won Division One in 2014 and excelled in European competitions. Finally, USLD is establishing itself as a key player in regional football. Among them, Thomas Ruyant, professional sailor
Born in Saint-Pol-sur-Mer, he is a key figure in French sailing and today he is known as one of the fastest sailors in the world.
Over the course of his career, Thomas has racked up a number of victories: the Transat Jacques Vabre, the Routes du Rhum, the Transat AG2R and the Mini Transat.
He has been taking on a new challenge with his participation in the 10th Vendée Globe since 10 November.
