Seminar ADEME-NEDO

ADEME, NEDO and Dunkerque l’Energie Créative invite you to the “Decarbonasing industriy through hydrogen” seminar on Monday November 20, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Kursaal – Palais des Congrès in Dunkerque. 

For over 25 years, the French and Japanese agencies ADEME and NEDO have been sharing their visions on the main themes of energy and the environment. 

Dunkerque – a region of low-carbon industry and mobility – is already heavily involved in the development of hydrogen, and is a partner in this event. 

On the program for the day:
9:30am – 10:30am : an institutional session with an introduction to the decarbonization of industry, and the activities of the Hauts-de-France region (including the ZIBaC project).

10.30am – 12.15pm : followed by a steel session with 15-minute speeches by each speaker (ArcelorMittal, Air Liquide, Gravithy, as well as the Japanese speakers), ending with a question-and-answer session. 

12.15pm – 1.30pm : lunch break

1:30 – 3:55 pm : the afternoon begins with a session on chemicals (ammonia and methanol), with 15 minutes for each speaker (Yara & Borealis, Hynamics, Vicat, Engie, as well as the Japanese speakers), followed by a question-and-answer session and a closing remark from the two agencies. 

4.15pm – 5.45pm : conclude with a B-to-B session between industry speakers and local players
