Engineering Division
The Engineering Division works on areas of the region’s energy, environmental and industrial transition (CO2, H2, water, air quality, transition and energy and materials recovery).
They mainly work on:
- Steering and coordinating projects (industrial, collective infrastructure) and studies to help reach the local objectives of the energy, environmental and industrial transition,
- Running funding programmes (Industrial Territories, Innovative Territories, Low Carbon Industrial Areas), coordinating stakeholders and industrial projects, in particular through technical working groups linked to the transition,
- Supporting or steering studies to anticipate or organise infrastructures in connection with the impacts and needs these major ecosystem transitions will have on the region,
- The support, advice and monitoring of the financial aid schemes available,
- Research and formalisation of public and private partnerships,
- Relationships with the region’s institutions, councillors, financial supporters and representation of the area, its stakeholders and ambitions.
