The main missions of the Communications, Marketing and Attractiveness Division are:
- PUTTING OUR AREA IN THE SPOTLIGHT: by communicating its many assets, to attract skills, businesses and make Dunkirk the area of the low-carbon industry, the model city of the 21st century, a resilient place that is reconciling economy and ecology.
- ENHANCING THE VALUE OF COMPANIES: by communicating information on their location, development, innovations and expertise.
- WELCOMING NEWCOMERS: the Talent Recruitment service makes it easier for you to settle in (accommodation, schools, enrolments and relations with the authorities). The agency and its partners have developed a “Welcome Pack” containing the different services to meet the expectations of everyone. We also organise discovery tours of the region to help new and future inhabitants to picture their new or future life here.

Fabienne Manceau
After her studies in project management, Fabienne spent three years in Barcelona where she began her career in communications. Self-taught, energetic, and committed to her work, she has handled the management of press trips and international events. Fabienne is also convinced that her home city of Dunkirk offers many advantages, which she stresses at every opportunity.
Distinguishing features: A lover of outdoor sports, Fabienne runs regularly and rides in the nearby countryside with her cycling club. With her warm and dynamic personality she will ably promote your business and make your firm known in the region and beyond.
