Specialising in the manufacture of diesel engines under its own brand for the maritime, rail and power generation sectors, the firm exports throughout the world. Known as OMTD, the Dunkirk site offers a comprehensive service of repair, maintenance and sale of spare parts for all makes of diesel engines, in the maritime sector (for instance, tugs in the Port of Dunkirk), the rail sector and the nuclear industry. With its own design office, OMTD can also adapt certain engines and their installations to the specific needs of its clients. Twenty staff members have been recruited, and ten more are expected to join the firm by 2017.
